PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

The Tournament will consist of two gender categories:

Women’s Doubles

Men’s Doubles

Each category is ‘open’ and all levels of experience and expertise are welcome.

If you want to take part but do not have a playing partner, we can allocate one for you.

Partner allocations will be done on the basis of next or previous registration i.e. if you require a partner, you will be allocated the next or previous person who registered individually.

If you have a playing partner you will be able to declare this when you register, however each player must register individually.

Players must be 18 or over.

The Women’s tournament will be played in the morning.

The Men’s tournament will be played in the afternoon.

Each tournament will consist of a round robin ‘league’ stage followed by a ‘knockout’ stage. The results of the round robin stage will determine the seedings for the knockout stage on the basis of number of wins followed by points differential, followed by number of points scored.

Each player will have a minimum of 6 games including at least one opportunity in the knockout phase. Players may have the opportunity to play recreational games if they are eliminated from the tournament at the tournament director’s discretion.

Free on-site parking

Changing rooms and Toilets

Free water refill station

Player rest rooms

Outside green space.

The entry fee is £10 per person and refunds are subject to terms and conditions.

Entry to the competition is subject to acceptance of the tournament terms and conditions which will be made available to review as part of the registration process.
